Who is Living Alternatives

Stan and Jane are full-time staff workers with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and have served with the organization since 1982. YWAM is an international, interdenominational missions organization with more than 17,000 full-time workers serving around the world.
Stan & Jane have worked with Living Alternatives since 1990, with Living Alternatives in Tyler, TX before moving to the Alamogordo area in 2004.
All Youth With a Mission Staff are non-salaried workers. They do not receive a salary from Living Alternatives, but are supported through donations from individuals, Churches and Businesses.
Who is Living Alternatives?
Living Alternatives is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization that is dedicated to offering young women find hope and practical help as they walk through an unintended pregnancy.
The organization was founded in 1982, in Tyler Texas. Our Alamogordo branch was founded in 2004, and formally called Seeds of Life. To find out more about the organization please visit: www.livalt.org.
How are we funded?
The organization is funded by two different resources:
1. Monetary donations from the community:
Individuals
Churches
Businesses
2. Proceeds from King’s Treasure Thrift Store:
Presently 68% of the income needed to support the operations
of the Center are provided by the Thrift Store.
